1. Lesson Scheduling & Availability

• Free trial lessons are available daily after 8 PM Jordan Time (GMT+3).

• Students can select a suitable time through our scheduling link.

• A Google Meet link will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

2. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

• Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• If a student does not show up for a trial lesson without prior notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled.

3. Quality of Instruction

• All lessons are taught by professional and experienced Arabic instructors.

• Our teaching methods are tailored to suit each student's level and learning goals.

4. Payment & Fees

• The first trial lesson is completely free.

• Fees for paid lessons depend on the selected program after the trial.

• Payments are processed securely through electronic payment methods.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• We prioritize student privacy, and all personal data is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Communication & Support

• For any inquiries, students can contact us via email or WhatsApp.
